Senior SAP HR Functional Analyst

DataCreatives, a technology consulting and development company based in Vancouver is currently looking for 2 Senior SAP HR Functional Analyst with the following skill sets with at least 8+ experience in SAP HR, to work with our client in Downtown Vancouver.

 

Position: SAP HR Functional Analyst
Location: Vancouver
Status: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
Rate: Negotiable based on experience

 

Position Requirements:

The successful candidate must have 8 years experience in using SAP methodology and have solid evidence of both hands-on and leadership roles in delivering SAP projects. More specifically, they will have experience working closely with business partners and technical resources to complete all aspects of a SAP (ECC 6.0) project implementations and will have significant end-to-end functional experience including project planning, requirements gathering, fit/gap assessment, functional/technical design, documentation and quality assurance. The successful candidate will posses senior to expert level functional analysis, design, configuration and development knowledge, with significant demonstrated ability to identify, plan and implement solutions for complex business processing in several (preferably all) of the following SAP Human Resources modules:

Business Intelligence
Personnel Administration
Organizational Management
eRecruitment
Performance Management v Personnel Development - qualifications, career/succession planning etc
Training & Events Management
Self Service functionality
SAP Portal

 

Working knowledge of other SAP HR Modules such as, eLearning, Time Management, Time Evaluation, CATS Time Entry, Payroll, Benefits and Solution Manager is an asset.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in supporting and driving forward process methodology, standards and deliverables that support corporate, divisional and departmental objectives and procedures and will have demonstrated personal commitment to knowledge transfer and development of team members.
