Senior PHP Developer

DataCreatives, a Vancouver BC based technology consulting company is looking for a Senior PHP Developer with the following skill sets with at least 6 - 8+ experience in PHP and MySQL to work with one of our clients in Vancouver

 

Position: Senior PHP Developer
Location: Vancouver
Status: 6 month Contract
Start: Immediately
Rate: $40/hr - $50/hr

 

Technical Skills Required

6 - 8 years experience in PHP and MySQL development
Experience in Javascript with at least 5 years working experience
Experience in web technologies such as XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Apache, AJAX.
Solid LAMP stack knowledge (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
Experience in developing applications using multiple programming/scripting languages.
Experience in cross browser development.
Object oriented programming background (Java, C++, PHP5, etc)

 

Other Requirements

Computer Science Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with JQUERY, Java, Python and Prototype/Sciptaculous AJAX framework
Experience with Twitter and Facebook API
Experience with Yahoo and Google API
Ability to work under stressful conditions and produce high quality results;
Good interpersonal skills in order to interact with clients, technical staff, and third parties.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
